Abstract
Il saggio affronta il tema dei licenziamenti, soffermandosi sia sulle tecniche di controllo del potere di licenziamento, sia sulle forme di tutela dei lavoratori che nel tempo sono state introdotte nell’ordinamento italiano. Ricostruisce l’evoluzione delle più recenti riforme legislative e della giurisprudenza della Corte costituzionale in materia.
The essay deals with the issue of dismissals, focusing both on the techniques for controlling the power of dismissal, and on the forms of protection of workers that have been introduced in the Italian legal system over time. It reconstructs the evolution of the most recent legislative reforms and of the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court on the matter.
