Le tutele per le persone con disabilità al tempo dell’emergenza epidemiologica

Abstract
L’autrice analizza gli interventi legislativi emanati durante la pandemia per le persone con disabilità riguardanti i congedi speciali, permessi, assenza dal lavoro equiparata a ricovero ospedaliero e smart working, unitamente alle novità introdotte nel campo previdenziale. L’esigenza di chiarire alcune questioni rimaste aperte ha indotto il legislatore ad emanare ulteriori decreti come il decreto Sostegni. L’autrice esamina l’evoluzione della disciplina evidenziando la difficoltà del quadro normativo esistente e l’esigenza di emanare un codice unico per la disabilità.
Abstract
The Author analyzes the interventions issued during the pandemic for people with disabilities, regarding special leave, permits, absence from work equated to hospitalization and smart working, together with the innovations introduced in the social security field.
The need to clarify some of the outstandig issues has induced the legislator to produce further decrees such as the “Sostegni-Decree”. The author examines the evolution of the discipline highlighting the difficulty of the existing regulatory framework and the need to enact a single code for disability.
