L’ articolo 35 dello Statuto ieri oggi e domani

Abstract
Il contributo si incentra sull’art. 35 dello Statuto dei lavoratori (L n. 300/1970), nella peculiare prospettiva di valutarne il grado di tenuta nell’attuale contesto delle relazioni di lavoro. Si parte dalle ragioni che condussero a introdurre la norma nel 1970, per poi valutare la tenuta di questo assetto nel contesto odierno. Infine, l’autore indaga sulle possibili linee di sviluppo, pur tra segnalate difficoltà.
Abstract
The essay focuses on art. 35 of Statuto dei lavoratori (Law no. 300/1970), to evaluate its strength in the current context of employment relations. The author starts from the reasons that led to the introduction of the rule in 1970, and then evaluates its strength in today’s context. Finally, the author investigates the possible lines of development, albeit with reported difficulties.
